Accounts & access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Course access is for your personal use only and may not be shared.

Pricing & payment

Course prices are shown on each course page and are payable in full at enrolment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refunds

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a refund. However, because our courses are digital content made available immediately, this right ends once you access or start the course. To request a refund, email info@iog-academy.com. (Please confirm this policy reflects your intended terms.)

Access codes

Access codes are single-use and grant free enrolment in the specified course. They may not be resold or transferred.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, record or resell course materials, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Intellectual property

All course content, materials and branding are owned by IOG Academy or its licensors and are protected by law. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the material for learning.

Disclaimer

Courses are provided for educational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific career or certification outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
